Hi Ted, I just wanted to say thank you to you and your staff for an amazing rv buying experience. We towed the trailer home with the jeep – no problem! Your guys really know what they're doing and that weight distributing hitch is a dream. A big thanks to Eric for the walk-thru. Being so green, the knowledge he gave us was invaluable. He told us to use a drill to lower the stabilizing jacks and when we got home Pete was singing his praises for telling us that – he saved us a ton of time and energy not having to hand crank those things  We're going out to Taidnapam (your suggestion) this weekend! Maybe we'll see you in Ocean Shores for Memorial Day. I wrote a review for you on Facebook. Feel free to use it in other areas if you'd like. I'll send you pictures after our first outing. Sales Dept: Dell is a nice young man. He'll do good. Service Dept: Haven't had to deal with them yet. Will be better to make an opinion after they repair the door jam that needs to be replaced. Administration Dept: The administration department was fine. The paper work was done quickly.
